SKIPON provides a system that allows:

• Drivers and Carriers to input shipment pickup and delivery information and share real-time location data.
• Shippers and Receivers to track shipments using a unique tracking ID.

Tracking links and tracking IDs are automatically disabled once the shipment is marked as delivered.

SKIPON does not transport goods, hire drivers, or act as a carrier, broker, or logistics company. SKIPON solely provides a digital platform to facilitate shipment visibility.

Certain features may require registration of an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

SKIPON reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be providing false information or violating these Terms.

• Tracking links and IDs may only be used for lawful purposes and with the consent of all parties involved.
• Shippers and receivers must not share tracking links publicly or with unauthorized individuals.
• Drivers and carriers agree to share their live or historical location information voluntarily and knowingly.
• Once delivery is marked as completed, the associated tracking link will be automatically deactivated.
• Any attempt to access or use a disabled or expired link is strictly prohibited.

All users agree:

• To comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
• Not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
• Not to interfere with or disrupt the Service or networks connected to it.
• Not to collect, store, or misuse personal or location data obtained from SKIPON.
• To respect the privacy and data rights of all other users.

By using SKIPON, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal and location data.

SKIPON may collect the following information:

• Driver device location data (only when tracking is active).
• Shipment pickup and delivery details.
• Tracking ID and activity logs.

Drivers grant SKIPON permission to collect and share their real-time location with shippers and receivers for the sole purpose of shipment tracking.

SKIPON does not sell or share data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to operate the Service.

All content, software, trademarks, and materials on SKIPON are owned by or licensed to SKIPON and are protected under intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any content from SKIPON without written permission.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or tools. SKIPON is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operations of those third parties.

SKIPON provides the Service on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of tracking information.
• Continuous or error-free operation of the Service.
• The conduct of any user, driver, carrier, or third party.

Users acknowledge that location accuracy depends on device GPS, network availability, and user input, and SKIPON is not responsible for discrepancies or tracking errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKIPON, its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or business arising from or related to use of the Service.

SKIPON’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) by the user to SKIPON in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKIPON and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• Any dispute between you and another user, driver, shipper, or receiver.

SKIPON may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable law.
• Your use interferes with or harms other users or the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use SKIPON immediately ceases.

SKIPON may modify, update, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time.

We may also revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SKIPON operates (without regard to its conflict of laws rules).

Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in that same region.
